Ingredients: 1 pound flour 1 tablespoon / s salt 1 egg 0.25 cup units / s olive oil - cup 2 tablespoon / s oregano - fresh, chopped leaves 55 g yeast - 475 grams fresh water 60 g sugar 1 egg - slightly diluted with water, brushed sesame bun
Preparation: In a small bowl mix powdered yeast with water and sugar and heat easy heating in the microwave some twenty minutes (depending on the micro). Mix flour, salt and oregano, chopped, add the remaining ingredients and knead well. Leave covered to rise to twice its original volume. Put again and create the desired size balls and place on a pan lined with baking paper. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Let rise again. Brush with egg diluted with a little water. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake.
